On February 23, 2016, members of the Magnolia Rotary Club attended the Magnolia Parkway Chamber of Commerce "Lunch and Learn" meeting where a panel of economic development professionals spoke about their respective cities and what was happening now and in the future economically for them. Pictured above from left to right are: MPCC President Kelly Hamann, 2016 MPCC Chairman Candy Emmerich, Tomball EDC Executive Director Kelly Violette, 2016 Miss Magnolia Avery Jones, Conroe EDC Executive Director Fred Welch, The Woodlands EDC CEO Gil Staley, Magnolia City Administrator Paul Mendez, and MPCC Treasurer Deborah Rose Miller.
 
Each of the members of the 4 person panel spoke about their respective cities in economic terms including some insights into future growth.
