Jose Cantu, Sr. Planner, Community & Environmental Planning, Houston-Galveston Area Council is welcomed by our President Ted Cummings. Jose previewed H-GAC's upcoming project here in Magnolia.Jose briefed the club members on the role of H-GAC in helping communities, like Magnolia, plan for future development with a focus on transportation and livability.
Magnolia and H-GAC have identified the area within the city limits as a study project to be started sometime this fall. The project will look at transportation, recreation and other community needs.
