The Magnolia Rotary Club March 10, 2015 meeting featured a slide show of the Raptor Cage construction before the beginning of the meeting.

Our featured speaker was Glenn Buckley of the Keep Magnolia County Beautiful organization.
Mr. Buckley is heading the Green Space and Water Conservation goals of the organization.
He is targeting Montgomery County natural areas along Lake Creek and Creek Loop.
Featuring a 20 mile canoe trail along Lake Creek and the west fork of the San Jacinto river.
Park of the green space goals is to include a Spring Creek Nature Center for displays and education as well as conference rooms for meetings.
The area is within ten miles of several schools which will give ample opportunities for student field trips.
Scout troops are already involved in creating boardwalks for walkways.
