On 7/3/2018, The Magnolia Rotary Club held its annual meeting to swear in the 2018-2019 Magnolia Rotary Club Officers. Pictured from left to right are: outgoing president Kelly McDonald, newly elected president Chase Hogan, Sargent at Arms David Arevalo, Secretary Charles Schultz, Treasurer Carl Gerhardt, Program Chair Hope Moye and ex-president and member Deborah Rose Miller who swore in everyone for the 2018-2019 Rotary Year. Not present was Foundation Chairman Frank Parker.
2017-2018 President Kelly McDonald started the business meeting with a slide presentation that showed the ~20 top news stories in the last year before showing what our club did during the same time:

- Richard Allison gave his $600 Raffel Prize to a church in Mexico
- Some members attended the Toronto RI Convention
- Real Provencher added to Rotary "Role of Fame" for his contributions to Rotary.
Deborah Rose Miller than reminded everyone that all Rotary Clubs in 207 countries throughout the world are also swearing in new club officers before swearing in the 2018-2019 Magnolia Rotary Club officers. New president Chase Hogan then thanked everyone for the trust the club has put in him by electing him as president before taking over the meeting which included the drawing of the raffle winner and citing the 4-Way Test.
