Instructions for gaining access to your Magnolia Rotary website profile:

1.   The Magnolia Rotary Web Site (this site) is located at the following URL:

2.   Contact either the club secretary or webmaster by email. To do this, simply click on their name under the heading of “Directors” on the left side of the main web page.  Once on the “General Email Message” page, input your first and last name, your email address, and put “New Member Request” in the subject line. In the message area, simple ask to be added as a new member of the Magnolia Rotary Club.

3.   Once the secretary or webmaster receives your message, they will add you to the Magnolia Rotary Club member list and email you a temporary password with which to log on with.

4.   After logging in, click on “Admin” on the top right side of the web page. This will take you to the administration page where you will see several headings. Under the “My ClubRunner” heading, click on “Edit My Profile”. Please add a picture of yourself to your profile, along with your physical home address and telephone contact information as well as any work related information you wish to provide. Under the “Settings” tab, you will be able to change your password to your own permanent password. Remember that no one else can see your password. However, if you do forget it, either the secretary or webmaster can reset it to a new temporary password for you.
