On 5/16/2017, "Students of Excellence" from both Magnolia High School (MHS) & Magnolia West High School (MWHS) were presented to the Magnolia Rotary Club. Pictured from left to right are: Jason Fojt (MWHS 12th Grade Assistant Principal), Leon Liu (MWHS), Kyle Cohen (MWHS), Alexandra Moreno (MWHS), Cailin Decort (MWHS), Logan Whitney (MHS), Loryn Heistzmann (MHS), Alexandra Burns (MHS), Drew Hantla (MHS), and Ben Petty MHS Associate Principal.
MHS Associate Principal Ben Patty introduced the MHS Students of Excellence and then asked each student to tell everyone what their college plans were.  
 
  • Alexandra Burns who plans on going to Texas A&M University. 
  • Logan Whitney who plans on going to Texas A&M University.
  • Loryn Heistzmann who plans on going to Baylor University.
  • Drew Hantla who plans on going to Wichita State University.
MWHS College & Career Counselor Alex Everett introduced the MWHS Students of Excellence and then asked each student to tell everyone what their college plans were.
 
  • Leon Liu who plans on going to the University of Texas.
  • Kyle Cohen who plans on going to the Moody College of Communications at the University of Texas.
  • Alexandra Morena who plans on going to the University of Texas.
  • Cailin Decort who plans on going to the University of Texas.
