Club Committee Meeting

The following items were discussed during the meeting run by Jennifer West:

 

1. Club dues invoices sent out on April 1, 2015. Please try to pay within 30 days if possible.

2. District Assembly this Saturday, April 11, 2015. Attending are: Carl Gerhardt, Real Provencher, Jennifer West, Kandice Cabets, Charles Schultz, Tom Grayson, and Frank Parker. Carl will pay the $30 fee for everyone at the meeting. Each member must register on the District web site.

3. Need to reimburse Ty Stranger-Thorsen $208.00 for the "Magnolia Showdown BarBQ". Carl Gerhardt wrote check #1325 at meeting and gave to Jennifer West.

4. The Job Shadow program is coming up soon and the students will have a banquet at the end to be held at the Waterway Marriott in the Woodlands at 6:30 PM or 7:00 PM on May 27, 2015. Real urged everyone to attend to see the outstanding students involved in this.

5. The Rotary District Conference will be in Beaumont this year starting May 1. 2015 and running through May 3, 2015. Register at District web site.

6. Charlie Riley will be our guest speaker next week. May talk about road bond coming up soon.

7. Still need to find a project for our annual project. Glenn Buckley may have a project we can do. Carl and/or Tom will contact Glenn.

8. Glenn Buckley still needs a Rotary shirt but we need to know what size before ordering it.

9. Carl to determine who still needs to update their Club Runner Profile and present the report at the next Club Committee Meeting. Carl to bring his computer to help anyone still having trouble logging into our website.

10. Jennifer will soon be sending out an email to the membership asking for input to several items.

11. Carl to write checks to cover outstanding bills from the Raptor Cage project.
